As the proud owner of Best Built Trailers, acquired in October 2024, my mission is clear: to ensure that our concession trailers meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, durable, and reliable trailers that cater to diverse needs, from food vending to mobile retail operations.

With extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and engineering, I've laid a solid foundation for Best Built Trailers. In 2022, I founded Winding Creek Manufacturing LLC, where I oversee the design and production of utility trailers manufactured using cutting-edge composite materials. My background includes 22 years at John Deere, where I honed my skills in product program management and global team leadership, successfully guiding ten new product initiatives.

My academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. Throughout my career, I have been driven by an innovative spirit, evidenced by my development of pioneering products, such as a patented loader tool-less latching mechanism. Recognition through various industry awards underscores my commitment to quality and engineering excellence.

With an impressive 30 years of diverse experience in the engineering field, Constance has held numerous titles that showcase her expertise. Starting her career journey as a project engineer, she quickly expanded her knowledge and skills into the roles of manufacturing engineer and product verification and validation engineer. Throughout her professional development, Constance has consistently demonstrated her ability to adapt and thrive in various engineering functions.

In addition to her technical prowess, Constance has garnered considerable management experience. She has served as operations supervisor and manager of industrial engineering, effectively leading teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Her reputation for cultivating strong team dynamics and driving performance has made her a respected figure in all her roles, contributing to her organizations' success.

Constance holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa, which laid a solid foundation for her career. Most recently, she is thrilled to join Best Built Trailers alongside her former colleague from John Deere, Oscar Baumert. This new chapter is an exciting opportunity for Constance to leverage her vast experience while collaborating with a talented team to drive innovative solutions.
